BROOKIES (Banana Bread Cookies)

I have mastered the 4 ingredient chocolate chip cookie. These babies are soooo good! And all the frees of course, refined sugar free, dairy free, gluten free and soy free. I hope you enjoy this recipe! And keep in mind I have only made these twice, I hope they turn out for you as good as they did for me!

Affirmation Journal (e-version)
The idea for this affirmation journal came to me when I started building myself back up after a mental breakdown in early 2017. I took a composition notebook and wrote a positive affirmation on each page. Every day I would spend about 10-20 minutes, pick a few affirmations and write them over and over again. This method really helped me change my mental patterns to create a healthier and happier me.
In this journal, I provide my favorite affirmations with lines for you to write them over and over. There are 4 different categories: Love & Relationships, Career & Financial Success, Optimum Health & Happiness and Peace, Balance & Moving Forward. There is a section where I teach you how to make your own affirmations (DIY Affirmations) and I also teach you two other affirmation techniques that personally help me with pages to utilize them as well.
I made this e-version all black and white so you could easily print at home. There are 8 mandalas throughout the book that were intentionally left black and white so you can color them in!
I hope this journal helps you as much as it helped me!
Mash the bananas (I prefer to use my hands and put all my love into it) then mix in remaining ingredients. Let sit for about 10 minutes to thicken up. Bake in the oven at 350° for 12-15 minutes. They will be a little softer cookie than the normal chocolate chip because thats how I like it. ENJOY!
- Substitute chocolate chips for raisins
- Add in some walnuts or pecans for a little crunch
- Any kind of oats should work
